The terms & conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods from the site. By continuing to access our website (niluferfinejewellery.com) you are deemed to be accepting and consenting to the practices described in the terms and conditions which may be updated by us at any time from time to time without any notice. Though a regular visit to this page will allow you to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of this site following any change to the terms & conditions shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified agreement. All design and pictures displayed on our website - www.niluferfinejewellery.com - are intellectual property of Gift from Gods and may not be used or reproduced without our consent.

Postage

After you finalize your purchase and your payment is received the goods will be send to you by registered and insured mail. Standard postage (registered and insured mail) is included in our prices. However if you select any other category than standard postage, the cost will automatically be added to your total value of purchase. Due to the value of our jewellery we will only send everything through insured and registered mail. We DO NOT post to P.O. Boxes. Any issues with a delivery of an order will be communicated through email.

Prices:

All products displayed include VAT (No GB 201400000) for the UK, EU, Switzerland, Turkey, USA and Canada. In case you are based outside these zones all deliveries are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the recipient will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the individual countries we are shipping the goods to. There is an option of DDP (delivered duty paid) if you are based outside these zones - please contact us by email before placing your order: import.duties@niluferfinejewellery.com

Privacy:

All personal data is treated with the greatest possible care and according to the Data Protection Act. All personal data needed to process the order excluding credit card information will be stored and might be used by Nilufer Fine Jewellery. If you do not wish to receive further emails please contact us via our contact form.

Refund Policy:

Nilufer Fine Jewellery operates under an all sales are FINAL policy, which means we operate under a no refund nor return policy. Upon arrival of your order, please do inspect your item. If you notice any defect, fault or you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately, with the details on your invoice incl in your package.

Any compensation claims based upon images, description on the website OR prices on delayed shipment/undeliverable goods are NON applicable.

Repairs:

Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void the warranty of any repairs.

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to enquiries@niluferfinejewellery. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for the repair.
